Many times we need a guardian angel when we encounter tough time.

I found my angel, it is called The American Guild of Appraisers ( AGA).

Recently, a seller reported me to the Appraisal board  because my appraisal did not make selling price that he wanted a superb rebuttal was written on my  behalf and presented to the Appraisal Board.  The Rebuttal was so strong that I am confident that this matter will be dismissed. Lets face it when we appear before the Board, We are considered GUILTY until proven NEVER Innocent.

 The AGA is also fighting for us thru State and Federal legislation  to combat the heavy handedness of the AMC and the lenders. I have made several suggestion to them ,which they are considering in order to make our profession better and stronger. The AGA is in tune with our professional needs and are willing to roll up their sleeve  and fight on our behalf.

The  more members that the AGA has, the stronger will be , and the more leverage they will have to fight our fight. 

As the saying goes :” In unity there is strength” . I urge all who read this statement to join the AGA.
